The saying that a sudden weather change can harm your health is one of the oldest ones. If you are wondering about its credibility, the answer is yes. As our body does not respond immediately to the change in the weather, it gets weaker and prone to getting sick. You get amazed to know that a sudden shift in weather might cause higher environmental risk factors. Even doctors would take valuable analyses while considering the patient’s health condition.

Meanwhile, the basic phenomena of change in weather gradually affect your immune system because the change in season happens every 3-4 months. While our body gets used to that particular weather as it goes on, a sudden shift might trigger illness. Let’s start with the series of weather changes that affect health.

Summer: How Hot Days May Cause Health Issues?

Summer health issues

Summer would be synonyms with hot and drizzling bright days. Nowadays, the continuous surge in the temperature causes heat stroke, and scorching days of summer trap the creature with record hottest weather across the globe. Eventually, the upward trend in the temperature may cause excessive sweating, dehydration, headache, dizziness, and even quicken your pulse rate, which causes sudden unconsciousness. Meanwhile, sometimes severe dehydration worsens a person’s health, which is the main reason for vomiting and being faint in summer.

Besides all these harmful effects, it also results in skin damage. The high temperature and intense humidity might harm your beautiful skin and even elevate the risk of acne, sun tan, and red spots called rashes. So, before encountering summer, be ready to fight all these harmful symptoms.

Monsoon Season: Say No To Safe Health?

Monsoon Season

After being terrorized by the intensive heat stroke, the heavy rain, i.e., monsoon, comes as a relief. But the relief doesn’t mean we are free from sickness. This season is full of humid and breezy wind, and rain might cause waterlogging. This season eventually hits in the early month of July. While the sudden shift in season is a reason to “say no to safe health.” Coiled with numerous health diseases, mainly viral fever, cold, and swine flu, people, especially children, end up catching cholera, typhoid, fungal infection, and eye infection. All these diseases are a flock of health issues that gradually affect your immune system.

Winter: Going To Freeze Your Body

Winter season

Winter relieves you from the intense heat and the wet season, which worsens your health. But winter is known for its icy winds, which will freeze your body. The mild cold season is enough to cause flu, cold, and cough. Besides all these health issues, the season is full of days with freezing temperatures, which cause fatigue and lack of exercise, making you cough potato at the end of the season. Whereas the cold season would trigger asthma, this is the main reason for short breathing. The dry weather also causes skin problems, including rashes and skin irritation.

So, the weather change brings hope and happiness, but our body doesn’t quickly respond to the unexpected exchange among the seasons. Although, gradually restyle our bodies to get rid of these seasonal disorders.
