In a tragic update, NEPC confirmed the passing of one of its linemen, Jessie James Torremocha, who lost his life while working to restore power.
Torremocha fell from a height of 30 feet while securing his harness during a vegetation-clearing operation. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday night.
