The Escape2Make Green Festival, originally set to take place at the West End Gardens on Morecambe promenade, has been relocated due to unfavorable weather forecasts.
The festival will now be held at More Music, located at LA3 1QT in Morecambe.
A spokesperson for the event stated, “The weather forecast is not looking good, so we are moving from West End Gardens to More Music.
Join us at More Music this weekend for a free festival of youth creativity.We prioritize the safety and well-being of young people, and we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.”
The festival will continue this weekend at the new venue, running from 11 am to 4 pm. Attendees can look forward to a variety of activities including live music, theatre performances, and arts and crafts, all produced by local youths aged 11-18.
“This is a free event open to everyone, so bring your friends and family,” the spokesperson added. “Escape the rain and join us for a fun-filled day.”
